  I liked that it was pet friendly as we had a dog with us. The rooms were large, clean and modern and we had no problems with noise from the service station close by as I thought we might. - the fact that the cleaning staff handed in a gold ring we thought was lost and the staff called me on my mobile to let me know. Great service!

Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return.
