  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. - Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for.   The hotel was beautiful with lovely grounds and the staff were very helpful. The food was very good and it was excellent value for money. - beautiful setting especailly when it snowed , and very romantic break

  The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond
