  Rauhallisella paikalla, hyvän metroyhteyden varrella, edullinen hinta vaikka aamupala ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan. Siistiä. Tilavat käytävät ja huone ensimmäisessä tasossa helpottivat liikkumista lastenrattaiden kanssa. - Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!! Lovely bathroom, tea and coffee facilities in room, big TV, no noise and a great location if you have business in the West London area. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

  It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » they were happy to accommodate my request even though it was not a specific menu item.

  Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. An - It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

  We were very happy with our three night stay at Lancaster Gate Hotel and highly recommend it. The location is superb on a quiet street only a block from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. We had learned that there is variation in room sizes, but we were very happy with our spacious room and bath. People have commented on the expensive breakfast,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » but we were pleased to learn that the hotel offers three choices in the morning: a continental, a "light", and the full English breakfast. We enjoye - Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby

  As I was going to Wimbledon on the Mon 24th - hotel ideal for location. The majority of staff were helpful, friendly. Reception staff helpful providing buses numbers and cost to Wimbledon and information how to get to Kew Gdns. On Tuesday morning at breakfast a friendly manager approached us and asked if we had a comfortable sleep, informed him th... mitä ihmiset sanovat » at we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?
