The receptionist was very friendly and helpful - excellent service. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. The apartment looks and feels a bit bare but it is functional. However, a chair or stool in the bedroom would be useful because there is nothing for your clothes to put on.

I like the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the design was very welcoming.
The whole building was overheated. Even when switching off the heating in the apartment itself and opening the windows, the temperature didn't drop below 21 degree Celsius.
It's a 10-15 minute walk to Canary Wharf underground station, but it's really not a big deal and you get to cross the Thames so it's a nice walk.
Staff was absolutely unhelpfull and couldnt deal with the problem i had with my wifi and throughout my stay there was no good service what so ever. I also paid for wifi service which they could not provide me with and did not offer a refund.
