The Tynedale is set just 20 metres from the beach in the seaside resort of Llandudno. It offers modern rooms, free private parking and regular live evening entertainment. Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! The owners/investors should be congratulated on running a hotel "as it should be run" - the larger chains should be quite ashamed with what they offer in comparison to the Tynedale. So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead .
kaikki arvostelut » The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent in value and taste. The whole place was very very clean - spotless in fact. Llandudno is a lovely spot and the hotel is on the sea front with excellent views and views of the mountains to the rear of the hotel. They prepared a lovely packed lunch for our return journey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We absolutely loved the Hotel and the staff, the decor was all brand new decorated, the food was delicious, the location fabulous free car park what more do you want !!!! We cant wait to come back, we have joined the group e-mail so hopefully the Hotel will contact us with special offers and we shall be right back. The manager was very helpful and we could not faut his communication skills. hotel deco very modern and the lounge and bar area very light and airy. The hotel staff friendly and very approachable. Bed was very comfy and room clean and tidy excellent locatiion seats outside hotel to enjoy the sea view. Very clean & nicely decorated , all staff extremely freindly , excellent quality breakfast with a good choice , free afternoon tea was a nice touch and the evening entertainment was a welcomed bonus , highly recommended . From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt at home, the complimentary cream tea and scones on arrival was very nice. the food was great, staff very friendly, every one made us feel welcome, would revisit again soon. The dinning room was very pleasant and the menu very varied also very accomadating if their was a particular food you did'nt like.Entertainment first class hotel throughout lovely decor staff also first class. Spotless, new accommodation. Good staff, parking at the rear a bonus. Near all the restaurants, and facing the sea. I will use again.Great bathroom. Very quiet considering the hotel was busy. The hotel is in a great location for all the local amenities. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The food was of good quality and presentation great. Would stay there again. Lovely modern feel to bedrooms,very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff that can,t do enough for you.Appeals to both young and old alike. We will definetly be returning. Excellent service managing director took the time to see us and apoligise for problem with booking staff where excellent very proffesional hotel was spotless will use again. Modern,clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff, a nice bar with entertainment. A really good place to stay, I will reccomend it to my friends. We only stopped for 1 night but really enjoyed every second of the break . Sitting out front with a drink, overlooking the sea, topped it all off. Fantastic staff, well cared for hotel. Very central to the centre, staff very pleasant and friendly. Facilities were good and a good location staff very helpful. I liked the contemporary design of down stairs areas. Although efficient for the waiting staff I was not too keen on having a large table number stuck on a tall stalk - it would be much nicer to have a simple, single flower!. The hotel has a theme of "mock cruising" which did take us slightly by surprise. I wondered why the staff were in naval uniform and why there was an x ray machine by the front door. All was revealed when I read the brachure in the room! This is not a negative as they carried the theme through very well and it was clearly very well received by many of the guests. No negatives that I can think of. nothing - loved everything !!!!. I dont like lifts and the lift at the hotel was VERY small. but it was not a problem as we used the stairs. Our room was at the back and was clean and comfortable but on the small side. There was nothing to dislike , we've stayed in hotels for double the price of this that were'nt as nice . There was nothing that i would have changed there was nothing that we didnt like. Unfortunately our room was right above the cabaret room but that did finish at eleven o'clock.Also Llandudno itself has lost its appeal too many cheapy shops more like Blackpool which is a shame. It used to be a classy place. nothing to dislike.... but busy this time of year with the turkey& tinsel brigade. The lift is quite small but as we were young we used the stairs, only used lift to carry our luggage down when leaving, other customers squeezed in with us & our luggage instead of waiting, otherwise no complaints. No complaints against the hotel. Nothing to dislike. back stairs to car park very steep. Nothing.....all good. Nothing. Room very small. If anything: No info on wifi, within the welcome booklet. Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect, i could not find one single fault. nothing. nothing to complain about. Some noise (footsteps) from room above Not allowed to help yourself to buffet breakfast items, full English breakfast relatively small but very tasty, wanted more!! No shower cap for wife Pet hate - never any flannels (in any hotels unless in an upmarket Marriott). Nothing...It was an amazing stay...Thank You!!!. Nothing. had to check out by 10 am. Nothing. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas coach party season where the hotel was very busy with a number of coach partys enjoying Christmas eve. / day so a wee bit surreal and crowded - especially at breakfast time where the basement dining room was rather crowded - with little space between tables. we were on the second floor and there was a lot of noise from the room above, you could hear every movement of the people above as they walked on the suspended timber floor, they may have been older residents and they had the TV on very loud, you could hear every word, the soundproofing needs to be improved, when we book again, and we will, we will ask for a top floor room. Nothing. nothing. TV channels did not include local English or Welsh TV stations whilst Al Jazera and Russian tv channels were available -- weird. Shame we couldn't stay longer!. Haven't to leave!. nothing. Stifling conditions in very small bedroom. Our room was supposed to be a luxury junior suite, was in need of total refurb! At back of hotel, no view, but considering the weather was hot, the room was cool ish compared with others, which was a plus.
