Just back from a one night stay at this well positioned, traditional b & b in Llandudno. A warm welcome, comfy room with a large array of extras (tea, coffee, hot chic, biscuits, toiletries etc.) I was travelling with my son so security was important to me and I felt safe here with a permanently locked front door. A fantastic breakfast and huge choice. Lots of local info provided in the room and really warm and snug. Check out was informal and easy. Would definitely stay again. Everything, from the out-of-their-way friendliness of the hosts to the cleanliness and comfort of the B&B itself, was perfect. We feel very lucky to have found this little gem :) We will definitely be going back. It's situated in a nice area, not too busy or too isolated. Oh, and last but by no means least, The Breakfast. Yes, with capital letters, it is THAT good!!.
Neil and Arwel were very welcoming.Room was lovely, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was v.good and well presented.We had evening meal at the Cambridge Mostyn, very good all round!.
We really enjoyed stopping at the Beach Cove. The breakfast was excellent and we really appreciated the recommendation to go to the Italian Resturant La Taverna for our tea.

Nothing regarding the B&B or the area. The only minor problem was parking. It was a very hot week when we went, so there were a lot more cars around than normal with people going to the beach. However, apart from that all was excellent. If you have never been to Llandudno before and you have any physical disabilities, the hilly roads can be a bit tiring!.
No-ones fault, but parking was difficult.Had to walk quite a way at times-fortunately we are fairly fit.

The bathroom left a lot to be desired which was a shame because everything else was fine. It would really benefit from being brought up to date.
Parking in the area is difficult and influenced what we did when. said parking available but in reality this was on street and very limited.
