The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was very clean and even the communal areas were well maintained, attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with the owners making every effort to accommodate our special diet and food choices. The tray in the room had a selection of caffeine free items along with traditional tea and coffee, and even a couple of wrapped biscuits.

A very homely traditional B&B, very family friendly. Could not be faulted in anyway, great value for money, and a great breakfast! I will certainly be staying here again! 10/10!. A fantastic place to stay, lovely breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean and tidy and excellent hospitality. The owners were friendly , helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was to much trouble. We had a great stay and have already booked again for next year. Very warm welcome with upgrade for special anniversary. Very helpful on area recommending eateries and card and special flowers for our table for breakfast. Definitely recommend. So clean and well furnished. Easy parking. Plenty of different teas / coffee in room with lovely biscuits. The room was lovely it was big, it had double bed & bunk beds and there was only 2 of us.It had a small table and 2 armchairs & plenty of tea & coffee in the room with biscuits.The people in the hotel who owned it were very friendly. offee in the room with biscuits. The staff were amazingly efficient. there was nothing they couldn't do for us. the room was superb, well equipped and warm. Breakfast was excellent in the well appointed breakfast room. We would return tomorrow. Thank you for putting us in touch. The sea air is soporific. we were able to park cars at the roadside outside the house,and walk around the town as it was conveniently located.The rooms were clean and well furnished and decorated,and the owners were helpful and friendly.The breakfast was superb,and plentiful!. while staying at Ashlawn House my partner and i found the owners of the house to be really friendly and helpful if you want a really pleasant and peaceful place to stay with a fabulous home cooked breakfast this is the place. will be back soon. The guest house provided a very peaceful and relaxing base for our visit to north Wales . The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the very good breakfast set us up perfectly for our busy sightseeing days. Would love to come back soon. Anne and David were very helpful and friendly. They helped us when my partner was ill they offered us the room until he was better. They have a lot to offer couldn't of asked for better service will stay again next year. Very friendly owners who made us feel really welcome. Room was cosy with ensuite shower and very comfortable bed. Good full English breakfast in the morning and parking space available for car. Excellent service. David and Ann were very welcome and kind. The room we stay was nice, clean, and decent. Breakfast which they offer was amazing, me and my parent enjoyed alot. Will definitely return. Clean and comfortable in a good position for railway and shops, this b&b is a must. It is run by a friendly couple , add to that a good breakfast and you will certainly return !. Ann and Dave were very friendly and helpful. They even offered advise what to visit in the area what they know very well. They place was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. although it is three star rated it is like four or five star nicest room! You can choose what you want for breakfast. Great Breakfast. I can't fault it and would stay here again. The room was quite small, however as it was clean and comfortable, and had all the facilities you might need, that's a small quibble. Nothing. Can't think of anything at all!. There was nothing we did not like it was lovely,. Nothing. There was not anything!. nothing. nothing. no applica ble. nowt !!. I cant think in anything. Might be a small shower room for someone especially if he is big. . Through no fault of their own it is not always possible to avoid parking in the street nearby. Can't think of anything, sorry. Stairs, unfortunately most B&B`s have them!. nothing of note. Everything was perfect, there was nothing to dislike. Bathroom very tiny. Was ok for one night but would have been difficult if we had stayed for longer. That's just a very small dislike and I almost feel guilty even mentioning it. I am allergic to pets and they allow them. But aside of this it is a perfect place for a couple of nights or longer. That we didn't stay longer!. all was well. No walking maps in town. Room was quite small for a double but still very comfortable. Nothing. Some problems with the bathroom however we were offered alternatives and not put out at all. Room a little small. NOTHING. Walls a bit thin, could hear the noise of the other occupants of the guesthouse but it was minor. Nothing. Nothing to note.
