Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. The room was beautiful, very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the owners were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends.

The owners gave a personal touch to a pleasant stay. They were helpful and great to deal with. You felt like you were wanted as soon as you came through the door. Very friendly could not do enough to ensure that our stay was enjoyable/comfortable.Breakfast was really really good. Would recommend****. The food was very nice. The owners were very welcoming and polite. The llocation as a whole was perfect with good parking options. The friendliness of the owners.the room and fantastic breakfasts.the location was just right . We will definitely go back. the owners {staff} could not have been more helpful and friendly will definitely stop there again. 5star quality. Lovely hosts. Delicious breakfast. They advertised free WiFi but because the property had thick solid walls it did not work on the third floor where we were so we had to sit in the lounge to use the lap top. Not the owners fault though. Nothing to dislike. Shower was fluctuating between hot and cold. The room was a bit small. There was no shower, just a shower head. nothing. Carpet in bathroom. bedroom A little on small side. No complaint about the accommodation. But a piece of advice to people traveling to Snowdonia: Do not even try to travel around Snowdonia without a car. Their tourism board promotes their public transport, but truth be told, it is the worst public transport system ever!. unfortunately the weather but everything else was fine. nothing. Nothing. The hoteliers, their attitude towards guests.
