The manager was a very nice man and explained why the room was not quite ready and gave us a rebate Every thing was brand new and the bed was very comfy. All in all we enjoyed our stay at High Bank Hotel and feel sure that the things we didn't like will be put right. A good all-round hotel. I only had to stay for one night and i was by myself so i only needed something basic, it suited me just fine. I would stay again.
