  Stayed for Depeche Mode concert at the F.D Arena across the road, so the location was excellent. the room was very clean and comfortable. For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to consider using this hotel again. - The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.

  Loved everything about The Chambers. The staff were very welcoming and personable. The reception area, honesty bar and outside courtyard were all tastefully designed and a pleasure to be in. The apartments were immaculate and had everything you needed, including a welcome pack, which was much appreciated. The secure parking was a bonus and a very reasonable rate for city cent - Everything from start to finish. Excellent location, easy to get to and park at the weekend. The room was spacious, modern and light. The furniture and fittings were top rate, the bathroom lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were really nice, very friendly and helpful. The room was full of little surprises like the bread, beans, milk and cereal in the fridge which came in handy. Would definitely stay again and have recommended The Chambers to all our friends

  Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away. It's more a city pub with rooms. Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay for the Elton John concert. - Right by the Leeds arena, room was large and clean.   The staff are truely excellent at this hotel and did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable as a single female traveller. The room was lovely and I particularly liked the idea of the honesty bar in the lounge area.   This was our second stay here. Great staff, nice décor a super location - 30 second walk from the train station and sits right in the thick of the shopping area! The recent addition of a bar area was a welcome treat to replace the tiny honest bar which now meant pre-dinner drinks and night- caps were possible. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy we did think however the carpet and curtains in the room could have done with a clean, over all we had a lovely stay and would stay again. As with a previous review windows and lighting could do with upgrading. We had a lovely stay and would stay again thank you.

  I arrived about 12.30am in the morning, but the staff were very helpful & friendly, as I needed to park in the hotel carpark across the road. The room was tastefully decorated & relaxing. The bed was amazing, hotel and restaurant had great decor and atmosphere. We stayed the week before in the Novotel Leeds which was £24 dearer and nowhere near the same standard, we would choose The New Ellington every time.

And indeed, the hotel was perfect in all aspects: friendly staff, spacious and well equipped room, clean, great location and view at a very good price.
