  what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Everything was fantastic! Sue was so helpful and kind, really made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Its a very beautiful little place, the room was great! Clean, warm, & comfortable! Its great as well because you are close to some main attractions, but not too close that it's noisy. We both found it was a nice and q - Sue, the owner was very friendly, welcoming, chatty and gave time to each of her guests. She also provided us with details of a venue which was holding a fireworks display, as we arrived on 5 November 2013. Our room was clean, had up to date decoration, and the towels were changed daily. There was sufficient sockets for electrical items, and the tea and coffee items were replenished daily. A good hearty breakfast was provided every morning.

  We stayed in room 9 which was a little outhouse it was lovely and cosy. Modernised. And very quiet! We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty.
