  the location was excellent. 10 mins from the hub of the city as just round the corner to central line tube station. Across road and straight into Hyde Park. The Bayswater high street 2 mins away,was an added bonus with a good variety of eating places and a few nice pubs. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

  Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and beautifully warm, which was appreciated given the very cold temperatures outside. Our room was cleaned every day with daily clean sheets and towels.
