  It was turkey and tinsel week (we were unaware when we booked). Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts. Entertainment in the evening was great and got everyone involved.   From the second we arrived the service was exceptional. After a warm welcome and up to date info on everything from eating out to entertainment Ricky directed us to our room which was fantastic. Clean spacious and extremely comfortable, exactly as the pictures. Breakfast was buffet style and perfect! When going to Blackpool a stay in this guest house is a must cannot praise Ricky & Kath enough and of course the old coac - Rick and Kath are delightful hosts. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.
