  super staff excellent servics at front desk and during b/fast in the restaurant and house keeping also ...........outstanding experience. being working in hotel industry (FandB) from last 18 years in Best leading hotels in the world, i felt Big Blue hotel's service was the Best of the Best. will definitely be back and recommend to my all coulleague... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s, friends.all the best to all the staff memebers - The rooms were of a great size and the kids section of the room with their own tv's and dvd though the main tv was great.The big bed was lovely and comfortable and my son was a bit dissapointed when i told him he wasnt going to be sharing it!The bathroom was really smart and the power shower was great too !The rooms were really clean and of good quality,The breakfast was to die for !!

  The young man on reception who managed to "guide us in" after we got lost was so lovely - friendly and able to have a laugh with us, just what we needed after going around the loop so many times, thank you! Alan on the night shift was fantastic fun and very accommodating to ensure his guests were well looked after. Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Very nice breakfast - lot of choice. Fab location. Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.
