Just 5 minutes’ walk from Inverness city centre, this 3-star guest house offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi access in all areas. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed around Loch Ness, which is less than 20-minutes’ drive from Iona. Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan castle a 2 hour drive. Each bright room has a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing facilities. All double and twin rooms are en suite. Continental breakfast is served in the traditional dining room. Full Scottish breakfast is available on request for an additional cost, please advise prior to arrival. Inverness Rail Station is a 15-minute walk away, as is the bus station. Dolphin spotting boat trips take place on the Moray Firth, just 5 minutes’ drive away. Numerous golf clubs are in close proximity including the home of the Scottish Open. Daily tours in the Highlands but booking is essential. 4, 6 and 8 hours tours are available, if required please request when booking. Car parking is available a 2-minute walk away, permits are available on request.

Brilliant stay at a gorgeous little b&B. Wendy (the owner) was absolutely lovely and went completely out of her way to make you feel at home, no request was too difficult. The rooms were great, well decorated with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also brilliant - a great way to start a big day around the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We enjoyed our time at Iona. The breakfasts were great and set us up well for a day of walking around the town or in the surrounding countryside, Wendy, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate in size and very clean. If we were to return to Inverness would stay at Iona again.

I liked the fact that there was a mini fridge/cooler in the room too as we stayed for a few days and it was handy to keep drinks in. We were able to have our Dalmation with us who was made very welcome and happy to play with little Benny...Wendy was very friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable of surrounding area!...Also she does Tours!!!. Wendy was very friendly and caring. The room was relaxing, warm, comforting, elegant and tastfully presented. Also the dining room was a real pleasure to be served in. Thankyou Wendy for your beautiful ambiance. Room very nice furnished. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast excellent. The owner willing to help with anything you need. 5 minute walk to town. Next time in Inverness, we would certainly stay in Iona again. Friendly & welcoming host. Location is a10 Minute casual stroll to the centre of town. The room was well decorated,warm and comfortable. Wifi was free which is very much appreciated. Friendly environment, Clean and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was very good and it is handy for the City Centre. Enjoyed it so much have already booked up to stay again in August. Wendy is a lovely host who runs a lovely guest house very comfortable,clean and tidey excellent breakfast each morning looking forward to going back next year an all round 10/10. friendly owner, she is very nice and willing to help where ever she can. good fresh breakfast. small but very comfortable & room (we slept on the ground floor) Free parking. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The host is very nice and is there to help you with good tips. The location is very convenient, just few minutes walk to the downtown. A very warm welcome when we arrived and host was very pleasant and helpful. A comfortable B&B and really enjoyed it with excellent breakfast. Will recommend this B&B. Wendy the owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome the room was lovely bathroom new breakfast was lovely I liked seeing the photos on the big screen of Wendy's travels. Good comfy room, Wendy was really nice, Breakfast was good (even with a hangover), Close to Inverness centre and the castle a 5 minute stroll away. Staff was soooo nice and really helpful!!! Fast WIFI, good heating, good breakfast, good shower. 10 min walk to town centre and you got everything. The owner could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The room was a little bit on the small side but very neat and tidy. Great value for money! Very close to city centre. Lovely big spacious clean room. Would definetly stay here again. everything was beautiful: breakfast, house, parking, position near city center... everything!. very friendly welcome from Wendy rooms well equiped ideal for short stay / business trip. Breakfast. Nothing. nothing. nothing couldnt find fault with anything ( only the weather but thats nobodys fault). There is nothing that I did not like about this. the taps in the bathroom sink were hard to turn off and the plug didn't fit the sink. Everything was great. Nothing. nothing comes to mind. Can't think of anything. The continental breakfast could have been a bit better with more on offer. Nothing. Happened to be an unusually cold night for that month. Heating was on intermittently. The parking is problematic, a very small parking area, and a busy street. Room smallish and no shelf in shower, and toiletries not replaced. Dust on everything in room. bathroom window was jammed open and no toiletries, apart from hand wash.
