24 hour reception - no check-in restriction. Our room (Mole Hall Green) was excellently clean, equipped, furnished and comfortable. It was good value for money. But we did not like being telephoned by reception at 10.55 to be told that we must be out by 11.0!. Very nice, clean, comfortable spacious room (I had a twin room for single occupancy) with desk and armchair. Very good value for money.

The english breakfast was just the right size - a little of everything but still quite a plateful! I hate the tendency towards 'breakfast buffets' where there is masses of overcooked and congealed foods on offer.Restaurant is very tasty and was the only place in town open on Sunday night. Nice staff for both hotel and restaurant. Decent rooms, good bar, good food, good location. The staff. The price. The location. Although the hotel was under new management and the staff were not familiar with some aspects they were helpful and polite. position and clean room. Friendly staff. Room clean and plenty of instant hot water. It was the most convenient hotel I could find for the venue of thewedding I was going to. It also had extended bar hours for guests and ahelpful night porter.Very helpful and friendly staff, good service provided whenever needed. Felt welcome. Good parking facilities. Location and price. Comfortable bed. Very good food in the resaurant. The restaurant menu was very limited and unvaried. To eat there for more than a day or so would soon become very tedious. Cooked breakfast is good value; same-price continental is daylight robbery. the bar. The hotel was super. I arrived in the early hours and the staff were cheerful and helpful. My room didn't have a remote control for the tv and the hairdryer didn't work but I only found this out the following morning. When I talked to reception they offered to replace both items. Little bit of a old/odd smell in the bathroom, but nothing terrible.Showers were not powerful enough. On both occasions that I used the shower, water trickled out. entrance to annex were the rooms were was dirty, smelly and looked really unsightly. It was also a bit noisy as people used it as a short cut and as our bedroom backed on to it it was difficult getting off to sleep. No room service. Food was too "ready made" convenience food,. The breakfasts weren't that special and I wouldn't call a choice ofeither smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or baked beans on toast a"full English"!. Price of breakfast not included in room (although we did know this in advance). Breakfast was nice, but a pricey addition onto the bill. Hotel was in need of sprucing up a little, although i realise that the managmenet were new, and this is probably on their to-do list.The room heating did not work (broken thermostatic valve on radiator) My room had an interconnecting door to the next door room which provided poor sound insulation (ie could hear next doors TV and telephone etc) Food served in Restaurant was of poor standard compared to normal pub type fare for the price. Poor full English breakfast. Looking ahead to the end of this more-than-4-questions review I notice that you entreat us not to make anycomplaints. Why include this question which asks if there is anything wedid not like about the hotel???. The entrance to the bedroom building is in very poor condition.
