The warm but very professional welcome. the quality of the room and the place overall. It was like staying in a really good quality hotel but with a cosy and warm atmosphere. food was excellent. Clare was very helpful in recommending somewhere for dinner. I have stayed there with my husband and also independently and on both occasions have found the stay excellent. Everything! This is an excellent place to stay, communication with owners is superb - email query answered very quickly.Double room was lovely and the choice and quality of breakfast was outstanding. We loved the hotel, in particular the homemade shortbread and delicious breakfast. The owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely stay again if in the area. A very friendly and personal welcome from the owner. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to individual taste. Overall a very enjoyable stay. it was superbly clean and so nicely decorated. The owners had taken great care over the rooms and I can't compliment them enough. The eggs at breakfast were sublime!!!. It was the most comfortable stay, I ever had. Great room, great breakfast and fantastic hospitality. Thanks for that. there is nothing negative to say. A fully ten. Had to leave!. If a NAVI/GPS is used and the correct town of "Little Easton" is looked up (instead of Dumrow), you should find the BandB quicker than I did.Television needs to be positioned higher. Nothing. Could not have been more helpful. needs a map to find it but they were very very helpful. very limited parking and poor shower water pressure. Not the hotel's fault but the country lanes are a bit tricky to navigate, even with GPS.the "price" that has to be paid for staying in the country, away from the noise, is the cost of the taxis that are required to get to and come back from the airport, which ends up to the cost of an extra night, if added to the expenses for train or bus to go and get back from London city. all guests at one dining table.
