It was very convenient just for where we were going for a family party .All of the staff at reception were very helpful at breakfast, all staff were very pleasant and helpful.There was a good atmosphere in the hotel which was a bonus. Parking I thought was going to be a problem but this turned out not to be so, The room was excellent as my wife is disabled and the facilities were top class The bed was so comfortable and we had a wonderful nights sleep. Any beds and mattress going free we would .
kaikki arvostelut » Hotel was nice had a good stay , just one thing I booked on line 4 me and my father it was a deal u where doing jan/feb cant remember da rite price but round 28 when I booked ini told yout staff member that I booked on line with my bank details, which I always through my room was paid 4 , this is when I had 2 pay a other 40 each so my yotal stay was 80 which left me a bit upset , I did hope 2 go back 2 your hotel but after this I think the answer would b no , one price on line and different pri. The location opposite the train station, with a handy bus stop nearby was excellent. The staff were friendly and proved exceptional, willing to go that extra mile when a problem occurred (I had a dental issue arise and the staff found an appropriate dentist and basically took care of things). Our room was off to one side and very quiet and clean, as was the hotel. We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. We never felt rushed or ignored. The 3 breakfasts available were all fresh, healthy. The location right across the street from the Exeter St. Davids train station was extremely convenient and there is a walking trail to the center of Exeter right next to the hotel. The hotel was close to the station. I mostly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel was quiet even though our room (no.11) was on the ground floor and faced onto a walkway between two roads. The elderly person who travelled with us was impressed with the disabled room (no.1). Welcomed with a smile from Reception when I arrived tired and late, Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, greeted in the morning again with a smile, friendly staff at breakfast. Don't usually travel alone, but I felt really comfortable. The standard was consistent with what you expect from Premier Inns. It was a new hotel and as a result very fresh and clean. The location was good for Exeter centre and the staff were very accommodating. The food was good and the service was generally good. Internet was affordable. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Access to the train station and taxi rank was helpful. The walk into town is easy. Staff helpful and friendly from check in to bar and restaurant. Good range of food available if you don't want to go out, but staff happy to look up info if you do. Relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly, efficient and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was lovely and staff were attentive. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, professional and relaxed-unexpected as I had not stayed in your hotels before, I would definitely recommend the Exeter experience!. Very near to all the lovely places in Devon (beaches and moors ) and very near Exeter st Davids railway station and buses and the city And very kind and helpful staff. Staff are always nice and the restaurant was also good. Bathroom and shower also excellent. This hotel is great as a base if you are visiting the surrounding region. I was very impressed with the hotel. I checked in not expecting much being so cheap and was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely use premier inn again. Our telephone would not accept our VISA so this made it awkward to phone relatives, and dentists alike. The thoughtful manager allowed us to use the desk phone, and his personal phone to accommodate this problem which I am hoping is one related just to our room. There wasn't a place to conveniently hang the hand towel in the bathroom. There was very little liquid soap in the dispenser in the shower. The fried egg had by one member of our party on our first morning there was rubbery as it had been left directly under the hot lights for some time. Although the breakfast staff did apologise when this was pointed out. The bar man on our first night there did not seem very customer focused, (The rest of the staff were very good). Didn't bother us but it is opposite the main railway station so if you are facing the road and station on a Fri/Sat night it won't be quiet if you open windows at night. Nothing to dislike. Only 2 gripes.......no hand soap in dispenser over bathroom washbasin, had to use shower gel dispenser instead. In the dining room, which was beautifully decorated and staffed there were 2 ketchup blobs on the wallpaper in front of me which with a quick trained eye anyone would have spotted which was a shame as everything else about the dining room and breakfast was great. No Premier Inn car park so you had to park on street or in the rail station. Air conditioning in room as not overly effective. Can't fault anything to be honest. The only minor drawback was the parking arrangements which were in the (expensive) station car park across the road. Nothing - all good!. No car park. So we had to use the train station one opposite with a hefty charge,. Breakfast was a little disappointing: overcooked hash browns and rubbery fried eggs. On one evening I found the dinner service very slow. Being woken up at about 6.00 am by a door on the floor below being opened and close multiple times presumably by staff as we were on the first floor above the service areas. Response from the reception was that it would be looked into Lack of on site parking was an issue . breakfast ,but its value for money. Buy your own drink at the bar as it takes quite some time to arrive if you order at the table. Nothing - for the price it is very good value. There was a rugby tour at the hotel on friday night and the members of that tour did not respect the needs of other patrons, they were making lots of noise into the early hours and runinning round banging doors etc, which interupted our sleep. reception- you have to wait a little for someone to come and help you. you ring the bell and wait. I dont know but this might be the concept in all Premier Inn's. smell from the toilet. I would have liked some herbal tea in the bedroom :-). Nothing. At this price, nothing to complain about. Nothing. None. so far nothi8ng to dislike. There was no hot water in our bathroom. We stayed only one night, so I don't know for how long it was as such. You have to pay for the internet and its rather unreliable. please consider a clening brush for the toilet basin... nothing. Nothing. No shaver socket. Getting up early to catch train. The cups in our room were dirty Parking is bad and I think a voucher system should be used for hotel guests.
