Exeter’s beautiful Gothic cathedral and the modern Princesshay shopping Centre are also just 10 minutes’ walk away.

The place is conveniently located between the university and the city center, a step away from the main train station, even though I found out that Exeter St.Davis station is the one you'll probably use if you're coming from London. The owners are very nice, and helpful and the place is overall quite nice. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was delicious and the shower in the room was a novelty. The staff were also really friendly, and the hotel was very close to the city centre.

Luckily I had my work phone, but suppose I didn't have a phone at all, how long would I have to wait to get the key to my room? The owners should contact customers before arrival and give them better instructions. Nothing. En-suite was a bit cramped. Undersheet on bed could do with renewing. evening meals would be nice if added to your stay. There was nothing to dislike at this B & B. Not really a negative but the shower in the room was a bit odd... towels clean but a bit old. I do prefer en suite facilities. Nothing. nothing. Would of liked shower an toliet in room. early breakfast. There is no reception, we have to call them on arrival. If we don't have a phone, what would be the option!. No heat in the room. I was cold in the morning. Wi-Fi didn't work properly. Noise, including inside the guesthouse, very late at night. Bit noisy through the night (outside noise), Price a little steep. the room was too small for 2 persons. The bassin to wash is mini. In the shower, you reaally couldn't move without banging at the walls. car parking a bit of a nightmare!. Paper thin walls. Parking was difficult and you need to be lucky to park near the house. The door into the room was not very secure. The room decor could do with some attention. Cold room, broken window, top floor, cramped, broken shower, uncomfortable beds, unfriendly staff. Too small room and the toilet out of the room is not convience.
