Convenience of kitchen area, laundry, and the space to relax and have a conversation with others. Also, the apts are in a great location, close to town, restaurants, and bus/train station. Greeted by staff in a prompt and lovely manner. The cleanliness of the apts made the stay that much more enjoyable. Wished that I had made a reservation for a longer period and will definitely do so on our next trip. Hopefully, in the coming year we'll have a chance to return. Have been raving to friend.
kaikki arvostelut » The Leckhampton Suite was spacious and beautifully presented with all the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located for restaurants, cinemas and the high street. Parking is at the rear and very convenient. We used Portland Apartments as our base to touring the Cotswalds and also S.Wales. Owners, Alison and Kevin, were both very friendly and . The apartment was superb, it had a wonderful feel with lovely decor and very well equipped. The owner was very helpful with information and had stocked the fridge with croissants and juice etc which was a lovely accompaniment with coffee the next morning! A comfortable night sleep too! Would highly recommend to friends and family and would certainly return. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The added extras of the food in the kitchen made it a lot more personable. The bed was comfortable and the battledown suite was lovely in its decoration. The sofa was so huge and perfect for cuddling up together on a cold rainy night, the heating was lovely too, especially on the bathroom floor!. The style and layout of the apartment. Attention to details; breakfast cereals, milk, tea and coffee. Greeted by Alison who was lovely and explained everything to us. Apartment close to shops, cinema, transport and restaurants, supermarket. Great value and comfort and I would stay again and recommend to others. Booked the Prestbury Suite for weekend - with plans for marriage proposal beforehand. Owners were fantastic and arranged for champagne and chocolates to be waiting for us. There was even a Christmas tree! Great apartment in a great location. Would definitely use again. The staff we met were very nice, the apartment had everything we could have needed and the welcome pack of bread and milk etc. was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Can't fault it!. Great apartment, really tastefully decorated and only a short walk from the town centre. All the essentials were there, tea, great coffee, milk etc. Best of all was the service, Alison was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended. Everything. Tasteful decor and excellent facilities. Within easy walking distance of the town facilities, even for an older person. Amazing welcome pack, even extending to a large bowl of fresh fruit. Very welcome reception. The description on the website was very accurate. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay and the close proximity to the town was great for seeking out restaurants etc. Well decorated. Well provisioned with coffee, tea, breakfast materials. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Flat screen tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Bathroom modern and beautifully appointed. the place is immaculate very comfortable and well equipped the reception lady was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The apartments are very well placed for access to the high street. Staff team could not be more helpful. Beautiful apartment, well equipped, good breakfast ingredients supplied and kept topped up. Great location for the racecourse only 20 minutes walk away. The décor, especially if you get the apartment with the Zebra. The car parking is good and the location is very central. The rear access for the Battledown suite. Everything . Friendly staff , cleanliness,location. The staff bent over backwards to help us out ,at short notice, when our booked item let us down . The provision of breakfast items was a nice touch and the apartment was very clean and modern. Will stay there again. Beautifully decorated and fully euipped, the apartment offered a comfortable and stylish home from home. Lovely individual very well equipped apartments,we would definitely stay again when in Cheltenham. We liked everything about the apartment. It was like a show home and we will definitely go back. Minor complaints - could perhaps use a little more closet and drawer space. Closet in bedroom was small and dresser in bedroom could have had more than two drawers. not such a great view. Nothing at all. Nothing . Would definitely recommend and stay at these apartments again . It was quite hot while we were there and a fan would have been great to circulate some air. View over the car-park, but that didn't detract from staying at apartment which is walking distance from the city centre. We stayed in the Pittville suite which overlooked a large carpark The shower could have been more powerful. Nothing. Nothing I did not like. Not enough large towels. Got the basement apartment, which I didn't know until I got there. the parking at the back, there appears to be a homeless centre adjacent?. not enough hanging space otherwise wonderful. Access to the car park was via a church yard,no refusal bins close to apartments. Scaffolding and workmen starting outside my window at 8pm!. Tv signal is not very good fro the amount of money we have paid! Noise can be heard from the front door of the building banging every time someone opens it, and from the apartment upstairs!. Nil.
