Unbeknown to me I had lost my wedding ring in the bedding. Luca texted me to tell me he'd found a ring; returned it to me at his own cost; and refused to accept a reward.   As I have worked for hilton I have stayed in many around the country andI would have to say bracknell is 1 of the best. Very modern, loveleyrooms and the staff were superb - Changed to St Anne's Manor House.Excellent value for money.

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The dining lounge was exquisite. It was very easy to have breakfast als - When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room.   Clean, comfortable and up to date decor. First stay in a family room since our 10 week old baby was born and it worked perfectly! Also left my phone in the room by mistake, spent the whole day at legoland before I realised it was missing.
