Extremely comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a small family (2 kids
max). Convenient location for vacationing in Southern England. One hour
on train into Waterloo, London. Highly recommended.
The kitchen was well equipped, made it possible for me to cook some healthy food.
Nice and comfortable beds, quiet. Excellent kitchen for home cooking.

Lovely spacious apartment.
Really clean and new.
Location.
The lock box. About the lock box should be an email in itself so people will remember the code. My cell phone battery was dead which made the situation worse.
Free WiFi but the not the best quality.
Was supposed to get an email prior to arrival with the access code, this was not received - but when I called, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave very clear instructions on how to access the apartment.
The flat & communal areas had a smell of stale spiced food.
Shower was poor.
Tiredness of decoration & carpets, could do with a coat of paint and carpets cleaned.
