The Staff were very helpful and friendly. They accomodated to all ourneeds. People. It was cheap, I only wanted a bed and a shower, and they had it. They supplied free morning full english breakfasts which were good. had no problems during the stay,,, great breakfast....!. The staff were great and everything was nice and close. Good location friendly staff and goos breakfast.

It was awful. Nothing, breakfeast was ok.The breakfast. leaving. They still haven't sorted out my refund as I left the hotel a day early (due to personal reasons, not because of the hotel). Having no lift. advertised tea/coffee facilities in rooms, No milk available in rooms, asked night staff and told not till breakfast, very poor. Could maybe spend a bit on doing up the rooms. rooms were very dated, hadnt been hoovered mould in the shower unit and surrounding the toilet, bedding was stained and bed was in poor condition matress was on its last legs. The room's need updating. One of the bed's bases in my room had a hole in the middle, there was a draft from the windows ( they are not double glazed ) and the bathroom window wouldn't shut all the way so the room was freezing. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and there was alot of damp spots on the ceilings.Room cleanliness. The hotel was dirty and run down.Yes there was only one hand towel provided for a double room, and the room was not cleaned the whole timewe were there. the enterance was filthy, needing hoovered littered in cigarette ends, the bedroom was above kitchen, smell of grease early am.When we checked in there were no guidelines as to time breakfast was served, time the front door was locked on a night, check out times etc. When coming to check out, there was nobody around to hand the key back to, despite ringing the bell on reception several times. The quailty of the rooms...needs refurbished. The room had many faults, for example damp walls, shower was dirty n small, seating chair had holes in it. It was a disgrace. We had booked and paid for for two nights, however we left after one!. The hotel was filthy. We got moved twice as the first room had damp andwriting on the walls. The second also had damp on the wall, no light inthe bathroom and stunk. It was filthy. We paid cash on arrival trustingthat the room would be as stated on this website. We only stayed in thesecond room for 30 mins as it was dreadful and recieved norefund!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here!!. The Hotel was randown, dirty. I was travelling with a male colleague from work and we are used to roughing it, only for this fact and the fact that I had given my credit card details to your site I would have turned and left the place as soon as I saw it, it is a terrible Hotel and I would take it off your site, if I were you, before it does your reputation damage. I have made bookings you before.The room was filthy on arrival but cleaned after complaining. It was not cleaned throughout the stay, mould growing on the shower curtain, shower tray, dity coffee cups and ceiling had heavy water stains from a previous leak. The wardrobe and drawers were broken and unusable. The hotel bar was being used by non-residents who who drunk. It seemed more like a hostel than a hotel. everything.
