They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   The hotel is located in a small street of a populated area. It is not far from the old city (a 20 minutes’ walk along a main street but the street car stop is close). The lobby is not large but agreeable: a small reception desk, sofas, tables with books, a screen showing international flights arrivals and departures.
