reviews saying very little is open , we found about 80% of places were open, temperatures in day were perfect for exploration & sun bathing though - Hassan and his partner are awesome. Even when was too late to take the public boat, they offered to take us to the beach in their own car. They took us and waited until we were ready to leave and didn't accept money from us. They also found an electric converter for us (they bought one because they didn't have one and again didn't accept our money). Where else - The owners and the staff made our stay very comfortable. Nothing was much trouble. The breakfast was excellent; good quality and sufficient selection. The hotel is only 10 min walk from the centre. The poolside is lovely and the garden has lots of potential. There is a lovely palm tree seat we kept going back. Vila Gökbel is the only hotel near one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe (I - Me and my wife we stayed at this hotel on our Honeymoon travel. It was the most peaceful holiday I have ever had.
