  A taxi at late night from the airport took 10 minutes and about 24 TL. The receptionist was very friendly, and after a quick check in, was shown into the room. The imposing door, high celling, elegant interior was very impressive, The wifi is good.   I enjoyed my one-night stay at the Nur and would recommend it to others. The location is excellent, less than 100 yards from Trabzon's main square, and the hotel doesn't get traffic noise, though the adjacent mosque is loud at the appropriate times. It was served at the top floor, there was a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

  My friend and I stayed here for three nights in August, and I can't say enough about this hotel. Affordable, beautiful, stylish, clean, friendly. We had a commanding view of the town and the sea from our terrace (upper floors have the best views), and our room was beautifully decorated. And if you don't feel like doing the short, uphill walk home from town - The manager Lale was terrific, and upgraded us at no extra cost to two apartments (a master suite for us and a junior suite with 2 beds for the kids). She also gave great advice on local restaurants and stores. The suites are high above the town, but beautiful and very walkable.

  We LOVED Sebile Hanim Konagi! It was such a pleasant oasis. The staff was friendly, the rooms and the hotel itself were more like a bed and breakfast, each room having its own character. The building is steeped with story, we were told it had been the owner's grandfather's home and was beautifully restored in 2000.
