  The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and met all our different needs.Beds were comfortable.Right off the tram lines so people who needed a tram were accommodated.   Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality

The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

  The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day. The manager in the office was friendly and helpful. We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!
