I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. We loved the hotel and the staff wasn't so kind and friendly. The pics are a very good representation of the hotel. If we have the opportunity to visit Istanbul again we will definitely stay at the La Maison again. Thumbs up to these guys. -

Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .
