  My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. The decor of this entire hotel, was really - I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. The food was good and not so expensive for a 5 star hotel. The room is quite big which is very good point especially in city hotel. The swimming pool is not big but enough, and not crowed. The view is nice, I really enjoy the top floor bar.   We chose this hotel on the reviews of others and we're not disappointed. Clean respectable hotel not far from the main attractions and main shopping malls whether by tuk tuk, taxi or public transport. Staff was always helpful. Location is right next to Skytrain station but you can walk to the main shopping area around Siam Paragon, Bumungrad hospital or Sukhumvit road. Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police .   Great location with BTS station right in front of the hotel! Friendly staff always ready to help the guest and fulfil my requests (gave me free early c.in when I arrived before 12 a.m and late c.out until 2pm and got facility to take shower and refresh before night flight). Comfortable rooms, generally clean (there were some garbage bellow the bed... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , saw it cause my earring got dropped to floor) but generally a very good hotel great value for money. - Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room. Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room. And free wifi in room!
