They made sure we had a quiet room towards the back (furthest from Sathorn Road, and not on the side facing the Australian Embassy, where the traffic noise seems to come in more). The room was clean and comfortable, with shower, jug, fridge, etc. in working order. Not very far from some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and the manager could not do enough.

  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!   The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic. And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door.   beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   Great location. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Fair value for money (you dont seem to get a lot for your money in this part of the world). Overall id recommend this hotel to those travelling on a budget. The standard rooms are fair. I think the rooms at the top are significantly nicer so it might be worth paying more for these.
