  Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction. We payed for the club level and were a little disappointed with the view from the room. That being said, we loved the club level facilities, the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel provided excellent service, from the front door reception - - Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk) - Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city - 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking - Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills - Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating - Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities - Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed

  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread with even various cheeses offered on the buffet table, w
