  Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room.   I have stayed at Tarntawan several times. My stay was perfect as I expected. The staff went out of there way every time to ensure my needs were meet. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. When my Visa card was captured at a local ATM the manager went with me to the ATM and Bank and arranged for me to get my card back. I h - I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.
