This is a budget hotel across the street from the largest shopping mall in Chiang Mai. It is also very close to the airport, which is why we chose it. Bathroom very clean with everything working. Room was neat and clean. Hotel lobby is clean and the breakfast was appealing to western customers. The owner speaks excellent English, is very accommodating and customer friendly. We recommend it for folks who want a step above the backpacker-gel in Old Town, but aren't really interested in the high p.
