Good location, good staff, just for shopping if you go out almost of your time, it's ok !! allthought they have television, but it's hard to watching television !.
Right inside pratunam market, within walking distance to Platinum Mall,
good room security, new and well kept in room facilities.

The allocation of the hotel is not easy found by the taxi driver and
tour guide.
aircond compressor is a little too loud because it is right beside the window.
Crowded area, if its close to the road would be nicer.

There was this creepy sound of water dripping at the middle of night which was loud, til we can't sleep at all.
Room a bit small. Equiment did not take good care and not user friendly. Bed and pillow a little hard and not comfy. Be better if softer for those who need a good rest after a long walk.
The location on google maps is wrong, so is the number listed in google,
causing us to end up in a very secluded area. A Tuk Tuk brought us there
in the end.
No window in the room. Door of the toilet not able to close.

No adapter, customer service was bad, no kettle in the room. Air-conditioning leaking in the room, toilet flooded each time I shower. Bed was sinking in each time I sleep … thin walls, each time someone open or close the door my walls will get affected. Lots of peoples walking along the corridor. Totally nightmare n could not sleep at All. This hotel cannot make it.
No fan.
No Windows in the room, elevator is broken, Wi-Fi not work, staff is not friendly.
