  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be.   We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent.
