  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » again. - This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern!

  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  Very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late, and the owner came outside immediately to show us a parking place. We still could order dinner in spite of the late hour. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, a funny mix of old and new. Breakfast served local produce and home made food, fresh and delicious.
