The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general.   I've stayed at five star hotels that dont do what this lovely charming hotel do, made me feel special and cared for from the first hello. From the cleaners, to waiters to managers all had a superb attitutude. My room had all I need and more, nice little touches and so affordable.
