The gentleman who greeted us is very helpful; he understood that the lack of an elevator posed a problem with us tryng to get our baggages to the room. He lended us a hand! A Big Thank You!! This hotel's location is marvelous, and it's really easy to find if you are on foot as it's just a skip & a hop away from the UNESCO Aquaduct that everyone flood to Segovia to see. However, if you are driving, it may be more tricky as the GPS will not lead you to the exact location - how can it when it'.

Simple straightforward place - no frills, but so clean, cheerful, bright, and firendly staff will do anything to help, incredible location just off aqueduct plaza and around the corner from the best restaurant in spain. Walk to bus station. Fantastic value. We stayed in ritzier places in all of the other cities in spain but this little place was a favorite anyway. Not for the snobs, but a super value and a delightful stay. The location is fantastic for getting around old Segovia. We had the best balcony view of the Semana Sancta processions. The rooms were just as pictured - clean and comfortable. Most of all everyone of the staff was so helpful. They were extremely accommodating to our needs. And - Peppe the manager was so nice and welcoming! Great place to stay and we would do so the next time in Segovia!. The location near the aqueduct is good. There is a walk of several blocks to the Plaza Mayor. There is discounted parking in a municipal garage about 2 blocks away. Our triple was quiet, very well maintained and reasonably sized. Bathroom was clean, functional and with good water pressure. We had a very nice room (#33): spacious, light and nicely designed. We could see a bit of the fabulous aquaduct from our bed! great location in the one of the most wonderfull towns in the world. We stayed much longer than we planned. We stayed in the attic room and it was bright and cheery with two skylights. It was, however, on the 4th floor with no elevator which might be a problem for some. It was very clean and quiet. Location was perfect. Easy walk to all you want to see in Segovia. Just off a busy street but quiet and clean. Parking was close by. We couldn't have picked a better spot. The location. The room was of good size. The room was quiet. Very clean. Getting there by driving using a gps proves to be tricky as the hotel is located on a walking street. The many police around made you afraid to stop for too long to ask for direction. A more detailed map pointing to the street where the car can park and showing the walking route to the hotel will help alot. Not for those afraid of stairs and those who are looking for snob appeal. No elevator. cleaning skipped a day. ("They forget cleaning sometimes"). No elevator and no hair dryer. Lack of private parking. Nothing. It is on a street closed to traffic, then you have to leave the car and walk away with the suitcase. Already at the entrance has a flight of stairs, long and sloping and two bids for each floor, has no elevator, so if you have too many or heavy bags, lap children or physical difficulty to climb stairs, you will have a problem. There is no one on reception, you have to call someone to come. very cosy. if you need a place only to sleep as in my case, good place to stay. Nothing it did what it said it would value for money, no staff evident but that was ok. Maybe a tourist map in room or at reception would be useful. It was in a pedestrian area so difficult to get to by car to check in. Thin interior walls. You could hear everything in room adjacent. A lot of noise in the street. Bed not excellent. Choose a room in the back to avoid the noise. Nothing. No staff at any time except on check in and some aspects of cleaning were lacking in one or two places. The check-in is very restrictive. The front door, controlled access, is closed. The check in will not take place before 1330h even if you are let in. There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow. The heater did not work.
