Dinner buffet was excellent, a terrific value, especially after 32 days hiking on el camino de santiago encountering almost universally awful and overpriced food.   It is an extraorindarily beautiful property with attention to detail inside and out. The room was delightful and comfortable with wonderful beds. The owner gave us a guided tour to explain the history of the property and the rennovation process -- fascinating. The bistro had delicious fare and a lovely ambience. It was simpl - Great attention to detail, whithout being stuffy our pretentious. One felt at home and confortable. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.
