I have stayed here four times now. On the most recent visit (before this one) I was disappointed by being put in a tiny room with no access to outside ventilation. This time was much better, with street view and balcony with opening ventilation. Good location; helpful staff. Very Spanish hotel in its best way - nice personnel, very helpful. The interiors are nice sweet and romantic with nice little balconies. Good location in a quiet street which is 5 mins walk from the noisy city center.

Good value for money!. Convenient location, being close to the centre while being away from the busy streets. Comfortable and tastefully finished rooms. Excellent location on the edge of old town - 10 min walk to the cathedral - and walking distance to the bus station too. I stayed 2 nights, not consecutively. The room on the first night was good, comfortable and capable of being ventilated, if necessary. I have stayed in this hotel before, and - given its location - I considered it good value for money. Rooms pretty and well-appointed. Close to old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Had a lift. I had an akward situation with booking. I booked a room for 3 nights. Eventually stayed for 1 nights, but upon the check-out (before 12.00) the hotel made me pay for 2 nights. Though this rule wasn't mentioned duting the booking. It was the first time when I faced this kind of situation. Nothing. No air conditioning but it wasn't that big of an issue. sometimes you can hear your neibours behind the wall. Got a bit hot during a summer heat wave. A fan in the room would have been nice. my room was on the first floor on the front. Underneath there was a bar with loud music until late and punters on the street shouting and singing. no sleep until 3am. On the second night, the room was not acceptable. Whilst its small size would not have mattered had it been comfortable, it was not comfortable. Although the weather was not warm, the room was very stuffy, and incapable of ventilation. I shudder to think of how uncomfortable it would be in hot, or even warm, weather. In my opinion it, and any others like it, are not suitable for letting until some remedial work is done. On my final night's stay here I was put in a room so small I could scarcely move. The window opened on a deep inner courtyard which was enclosed overhead by a plastic roof. Thus no fresh air entered the room, and it was incredibly hot and stuffy, even though the outside temperature was cool. I couldn't sleep because of this. Very small room. Basic Continental breakfast.
