Fantastic service, and although we arrived outside of reception hours, the owner was more than happy to accommodate us. She gave us great recommendations for the city and nearby pueblos too.
The hostel is in a good location on a quiet road, close to the bus and train stations. We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful hosts, and our room was very clean.

it was ok fo stay while i waited for a flight.clean bed and wasnt expect luxury for what i paid.

Simple room, but it wasn't a negative since the reason we stay in familiy-owned pensiones is for the comfort and hospitality.
We had a private bathroom, but it was only separated from the bedroom by a simple divider which didn't reach to the wall or ceiling. This is obviously not ideal! The shower was good, but there was only a cold water tap for the wash basin, and the toilet was quite loud.
no hot water in bathroom to shave and its on 3rd floor no lift.
Absolutely terrible.
This was the same price as the eurostar regina in saville and wasnt as
nice as there underground garage It wasnt worth 5 euros let alone 40 we
had to pay we have canceled for our return trip and staying somewhere
else in santander.
