Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. Hostal Ribas is located perfectly for the Beach and main shopping street that runs parallel with the Beach.
Breakfast is normal Continental and is served in the adjoining Bodega. Rooms have been recently decorated and are modern and make full use of the space. Nicely done. Staff were very nice and spoke very good English.

Very nice hotel, nice personal (no any problems with English), good breakfast. Rooms are sufficiently large. For such price it is really the best one, which You can get. Trains, which are next to the door, You can't hear them at all. Beach 50 meters from the hotel. Small walking street with restaurants 5 minutes by foot. Excellent!!!
