  Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. This was nothing to do with the hotel but Helena was proactive in ensuring that it was all sorted out and our departure pickup was ontime. One big clearly detailed book with information about the apartment and - We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people. Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.   I was very pleased with most aspects of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and helpful. The location was wonderful and the shopping excellent, The rooms were clean and very nice indeed. The best Tapas Bar - Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions.   Room was excellent, especially the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on one occasion. The food was wonderful. We were served by a young lady who appeared to be new. I think her name was Alexandra? The proximity to the city was a feature of hotel and the swimming pool was a - The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.
