We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.   I was very pleased with most aspects of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and helpful. The location was wonderful and the shopping excellent, The rooms were clean and very nice indeed. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

  The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful.
