  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean.   Modern hotel with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable, high quality fixtures and good shower. Reception staff friendly enough. Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

  Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Guggenheim is a pleasant 30 min stroll along the river, and the Centro... mitä ihmiset sanovat » area is easily accessible by foot or the metro/tram. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!
