  The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights it was lovely and clean and the view was amzing loved waking up to the sound of the waves. There was everything you needed in the apartments and more if you asked. I forgot to take a hairdryer but one was provided when I called reception I then had it for the whole week. The pool is also great and very secure, having a key to enter and exit, we never struggled getti - The location right on the beach was fantastic and close to all the central evening entertainment. Apartments had lovely views and enough facilities to self cater for a week if you wanted to. Beds were very comfortable with patio doors onto the balcony and a lovely big bathroom with plenty of clean towels. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice but did not have any other meal so cannot comment on food quality. Overall, they are fantastic apartments and we would definitely recommend them .

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. A great place to stay central to everything and the bus route.Only inprovement would have been tea and coffee in the roomsThe breakfast was excellent value for money nad a superb choice of anything including bucks fizz in the morning!!!

  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   All our requirements were provided, including British TV, air conditioning even washing up liquid. The bungalows were spotless. close to Benidorm, Altea, Al Faz di Pi and Albir . Would certainly recommend it for all ages. - I was in the wooden chalet with my young son...it was spot on.
