  Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious.   The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made.   I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Very good facilities in apartment. I emailed before hand and asked for high floor. Was allocated a huge corner apartment with a massive wrap around balcony and a view to die for. It was spotless and very comfortable. The rooms were light and airy and there was a gooid sized balcony which gave spectacular views over the beach and promenade. The beds were lovely and firm so we had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
