  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   The hotel is quite brilliant for the price range it´s in. There are six swimming pools, many restaurants (all wonderful), great views, bags of space. Even when it´s full, the hotel feels peaceful as there is just so many diferrent places to relax or hideaway. I stay regularly at the Grand Villaaitana (previously the Westin) and love it.
