  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rganised immediately. Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. Even when it´s full, the hotel feels peaceful as there is just so many diferrent places to relax or hideaway. I stay regularly at the Grand Villaaitana (previously the Westin) and love it.
