  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

  Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. A great place to stay central to everything and the bus route.Only inprovement would have been tea and coffee in the roomsThe breakfast was excellent value for money nad a superb choice of anything including bucks fizz in the morning!!!

  i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
